Citywire RIA recently covered Osaic’s completed $2bn recapitalization and what it signals after the firm’s internal consolidation work.
ApexEdge was quoted in the piece on why the timing makes sense coming out of a “one platform” effort. Once a firm has unified its operating structure, it becomes easier to underwrite the next phase of growth and bring in capital for investment and optionality.

Advisors will feel the answer in the places that matter most: service levels, platform reliability, recruiting and transition support, pricing, and how “one firm” operates day to day.
