When the playbook needs help adapting
The playbook is the deliverable. Add-ons help it travel across people, time, and outside resources so it isn’t reinterpreted or simply ignored.
Most playbooks don’t fail on day one. They fail a few weeks later.
Optional support to protect adoption
After the playbook is delivered, these add-ons help transfer ownership, align the people who have to run it, and translate what it says for vendors or agencies when needed.
Internal Handoff Meeting
Purpose: Transfer the playbook cleanly.
Audience: Leadership plus the primary owner(s).
Output: Everyone leaves knowing what the playbook says and who owns what.
External Handoff Meeting
Purpose: Transfer the playbook to an outside resource without guesswork.
Audience: Your team plus the vendor or agency who will execute.
Output: A clean handoff with clear scope, constraints, owners, and next steps.
Adoption Working Session
Purpose: Turn the playbook into follow-through.
Audience: The playbook owner plus the managers and operators who have to run it.
Output: A simple rollout and usage plan. Where the playbook lives, how it gets used, and who is responsible.
RFP Support
Purpose: Help you choose the right third party to execute the playbook.
Audience: Leadership plus whoever owns vendor selection.
Output: A short RFP, a scoring approach, and a recommendation you can stand behind.
Playbook Refresh

We don’t run execution, but we can help ensure the playbook transfers cleanly.
Writing it down is important. Making it hold is what matters.
Protect adoption.
The playbook is the output. Add-ons make sure it holds once real life starts pushing against it.
If follow-through is a risk, let’s address it now.
Add-ons are optional. We recommend them only when they facilitate adoption. We’ll tell you directly if you don’t need one.
